Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes and use the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
